Mrs. Elizabeth Akemu has over 20 years of experience in accounting, banking, and finance. She is the Accounts and Administrative Manager of Flowgrids Limited and also serves as the Head of Finance at FLG Business Solutions, a subsidiary of Flowgrids Limited. Since 2012, she has overseen the financial and administrative management of both companies. Before joining Flowgrids, she had a distinguished career in banking, serving as a Profit Center Manager at United Bank for Africa (UBA) PLC from 2009 to 2012. She also worked as a Senior Accountant at AMT Nigeria Ltd, a logistics and shipping company in Port Harcourt, from 2003 to 2009. Her career began during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year at Pls Nacap, an oil pipeline construction and repairs company, where she served as an Assistant Cost Controller and Administrative Officer in Effurun, Delta State.Beyond her corporate roles, Mrs. Akemu is a financial consultant to several companies, providing expert financial advisory services. She is also the CEO of KV Dynamic Global Services, a major dealer in animal feed and agro-allied products, and a top feed depot in Port Harcourt. Her extensive experience in finance and entrepreneurship has positioned her as a trusted consultant and business leader in her field.Mrs. Akemu is currently pursuing a PhD in Accountancy at Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, where she also earned her master’s degree in the same field. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Delta State University, Abraka, and a Diploma in Computer Operations, along with certifications in Peachtree Accounting Software. She attended Federal Government Girls’ College, Benin City. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys cooking, listening to music, and playing Scrabble.
