Engr. Musbau Olalekan Lawal, MNSE, FNIMechE, is the founding Executive Director of Operations at Flowgrids Ltd. and the Managing Partner of FLG Business Solutions. With over 35 years of experience in the oilfield industry, his career began as a Well Testing Field Engineer with Schlumberger Oilfield Services (now SLB) in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Over 25 years at Schlumberger, he held various technical and managerial roles, including Field Service Manager for cased-hole services in Abu Dhabi, Cased-hole Training Instructor in the UK, and Business Development Manager. As a petrotechnical expert, he also served as the Production and Perforation Domain Champion in Data and Consulting Services. His extensive work experience spans Africa, Europe, and Asia, demonstrating expertise in production, well operations, and reservoir engineering.

Engr. Lawal specializes in oil and gas field studies, production optimization, surface well testing and logging, and well intervention services. His expertise extends to contract bidding, cost estimation, client relations, and wellsite operations supervision. He is also an experienced trainer, providing classroom and on-the-job instruction in cased-hole services, including tool technology, data acquisition, and quality control. His technical acumen and leadership skills have contributed to numerous successful projects in the energy sector.
